I started taking Levaquin on Thursday October 4 for a sinus/throat infection. 5 days later and I feel wired out of my mind. Strange thoughts, increased energy intertwined with panic, wrist/hip pain, very little sleep. Severe stomach pain, constipation, nausea and vomiting, gagging reflex. Also mouth sores, and terrible taste in mouth. This has me very concerned. I am grateful that this isn't my imagination. Thanks for this forum. Why is this drug still on the market. I started taking advair in September of 2006 after being diagnosed with allergy related asthma. I took it for 3 months. Then stopped for a few months over the winter and restarted in spring because of more serious symptoms of asthma. I have had severe stomach upset, acid reflex, rashes, and weight gain. I also feel dizzy a lot. I am very health consious and work out all of the time. I never gain weight so it seems obvious to me advair is the culprit. I am going to try getting allergy shots and see if I can stay off the advair. In home air filters do seem to help with the asthma

I too have been on Lisinopril for some time now. I was diagnosed with high bp when I was 16 due to reflex that has damaged one of my kidneys.
Like others have said, the Lisniopril was one of the first meds that actually lowered my bp, so my doctor was happy and has kept me on it.
I have noticed the fatigue, cough and the light-headedness. Those were all sides I was willing to deal with, but lately, one side effect has been unbearable.
Over the past 5 days, I have completely lost of my sense of taste. I spent last night in the ER as the doctors thought it may be neurological and I should have it looked at. The conclusion they came to is that it may be related to this bp med, and therefore, any other ACE Inhibitor.
I called my kidney doc today and have yet to hear back.
I'll let you know what I find out.

I began takng Reglan yesterday for help with the let down reflex in breastfeeding. I was told to take it every 4 hours. After the first dose I became very tired, after the second I became shaky and "hyper" unable to sleep, while still feeling exhausted. I have not taken any more for 5 hours and I am still shaking and unable to sleep.

I was on Geodon for not quite a month, and after the initial sleepy period was over, I felt pretty good but then began having problems swallowing. It was as though my throat had lost the swallow reflex, and I would wake up choking in the middle of the night. My doctor pulled me off of it and it's too bad, b/c I think it had a lot of potential for me (I have borderline personality disorder).

My daughter has been on Sulfatrim for about 2 years, she was diagnosed with bilateral urinary reflex or (VUR) grades 4 and 5. I'm concerned for my daughter's health. I noticed that my daughter (about 4 months old at the time) had started having what looked like seizures, after being on the drug. She would and still does lay on the floor and draw her left leg up in to her side, while her right leg is straight out and stiff. She puts her head down and sometimes she headbutts the floor. She sweats when she does this. She alert though. We went to doctor and she had a test done to rule out seizures. We keep going back and they can't seem to find out what is wrong. This is not a normal thing or "tick" that my daughter does. I would like anyone else with these systems to come forward and talk with me please. V
