I just started the Singular and it has helped my asthma a lot. I can't tell about the coughing because I also started it while I had a cold. But now and then even before I took singluar I would cough. Sometimes coughs are produced from various types of airborne things, many different types of things. I have a mold aggreviated asthma so that could be why its helping my instead of causing me to go nuts like it does for some. But it doesn't sound like a very good drug for children. It seems as though none of the posts coming from children taken Singular are positive. But so far it's helping me. I made it through the day without grabbing for my inhaler which was a great relief for once.

I have been on Tri-Sprintec for 7 years. Over this last year I have noticed my body either skips a month for my period, or I have two periods in 1 month. This month I happened to have two periods in one month and a period starting at different times. Spotting has accrued the last week, and last night at 2 am I woke up crying in pain. I am feeling really depressed, and seem to want to be alone as well. I feel cranky, overwhelmed, my head hurts and my overies. My sister was diagnosed with cysts, and I am wondering if I shouldn't be taking this anymore. A couple of times also in the morning I've headed toward the shower and about blacked out, running back to bed. Is this normal? These side effects have started this year and I have been on it for 7 years? My skin seems normal knowing I also have hypothyroidism. Should I take something else, I have been missing a lot of work, and my doctor doesn't really think nothing is wrong other than taking it some nights at different times. My boobs always feel like they are going to fall off, but better yet I also feel I have gained a lot of weight with it. Going from 110 pound to 140 pounds. Should I be taking something different? If I am off the pill, which I have been my cramps are so horrible, like knives jabbing my insides. I have been crying a lot out of no where, when nothing is that bad, other than whooping doctor bills. Stressed out, and probably on the verge of losing my job over not getting the right help from the right doctor. What do I do? lost of appetite, or some months large appetites, weight gain, weight loss, depressed, angry, mood swings, more than one period in 1 month.

Thank you all for making me feel as if I'm not alone. I thought this was the way I was supposed to feel. 6 years ago I experienced a sudden heart attack with no symptoms at 42. A new doctor put me on Lipitor about 2 1/2 years ago as a precaution. The heart attack was genetic as I was about an 80% vegetarian and walked about 8 miles a day. My mother had her first heart attack at the same age. I always had weight problems as a kid, but slimmed down as an adult. After the Lipitor, I have gone from a 32 waist to a 42, joint pain, sleep problems, lack of concentration and the constant feeling as if I have been run over by a Mack truck. You all are giving me the confidence to go with my instincts and stop taking this med. along with switching to a doctor who will listen to me and not tell me to get a personal trainer of which I cannot afford. By the way, I still walk my 4-6 miles a day even in the snow and rain. For me, it's always been my best form of exercise. Again, thank you all for not making me feel alone.

I'm writing in behalf of my 15 year old daughter who is trying loestrin24fe to get some relief from her back pain and migraine headaches (which she inherited from me). She had a full period after just 10 days and has had a non-stop headache since starting this pill that won't stop even with her migraine medicine. I know it takes time for bodies to adjust, each is different and the doctor says give it 3 months- but she is considering just stopping because her headaches are so bad. I'm just not sure she can hold out for 2 and a half more months to give it a good try. Her acne is a lot worse too. Moody- yes, this was another thing we were hoping the pill would help with but hasn't. I'm sure this site is biased for people having problems since if it's working okay- why look up information on it? In any case, 30 years ago the lowest dose pill made me depressed, I barely made the 3 month mark before I stopped and I thought it would be different now. I have spent years before and after having kids using an IUD, and for me, that has always been the greatest birth control!
