Sice symptoms and conditions

I first posted my problems with Mirena on Jan. 15. Sice then I have been to the doctor 3 times and am now scheduled for SURGERY!!!! It seems that the Mirena has turned sideways in my uterus and after several attempts to remove it, without success, the doctor I'm seeing now says she will have to sedate me and use x-ray guided equipment to remove it. Has this happened to anyone else? I just can't believe this. No where in anything I read before I had the Mirena put in did it say that this was even a possibility! I get so mad when I watch their commercials on TV. They really need to tell people the truth about the possible side effects. They make it sound like there aren't any. I just hope that the women who are considering getting it inserted find this web site before they make their finial decision. I wish I would have found it sooner!

I took Levaquin 500 mg. because of recurring Cellulitis. I will NEVER take this antibiotic again! I fell into a sense of hopeless and felt like I was hit by a mack-truck. I have been experiencing joint pain like never before. THe doctors have said it is okay to return to exercising, but i will not likely be able to do that because of the ongoing joint pain. My knees, feet, ankles, wrists and fingers continue to be painful, even 2 weeks after being off this medication. I continue to struggle with ongoing low-grade nausea and occasional dizziness, which is scary when driving! This is the worst medication in the world and should be taken off the market. I am PRAYING that these side effects go away.

I have been taking Lisinopril since 7-24-07. Shortly after starting this med I began itching all over. It felt like bugs were biting me but I never saw any bugs and there were never any marks but I'm always itching. I attributed this to the hot muggy weather we've been having. I also need to sleep a lot. Several naps a day and almost all day on Sat. and Sun. I have had a head/neck ache on the lower left sice of my head which I thought might have been a side effect of a fall I had taken in June. A lot of constipation problems also. Now I am reading all the above side effects of this drug and I think this is my problem. I have not taken Lisinopril for two days now and the itching has stopped. I've also gained some weight but attributed that to the fact that I seem to be always hungary. Now I am really wondering. I have taken myself off this drug and will talk to my Dr. on the next visit. I think this website has been a miracle for me.

I have been put on five different drugs for my cholesterol. I react within a week of taking these....... I wake at night with my hand cramped and loose the power of my hand temporiarily .. then my feet go ice cold .. then get great sharp pains in feet....... aches in neck and back.....I stop the statins right away and the Dr insist we try another. Now I have said NO MORE........... this has beenover a period of three years. I am shocked at the sudden and quick problems of the drugs. I have stiff joints and swollen fingers sice the last trial of two one week......... any cholesterol lowering drug affects me....I keep telling them I can not use statins and they say this is a new drug it will be different. Nothering is different.
I have not brought my cholesterol down to normal with diet and non flush niacin...... plush omega -3 oils.
I asked the Dr why they do not try the natural route first?? He said " patients do not like the side effects!!!!" I said have you not heard of NON FLUSH NIACIN. Have just had blood tests done for rhemoid factor......... all because of my swollen joints and aches .. as a result of statins.
DO NOT TAKE THESE DRUGS...... TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR HEALTH... DIET EXERCISE AND TAKE NATURAL PRODUCTS
