Sore muscle symptoms and conditions

I am 45 and have been taking statins for 5 years since having 3 heart attacks in a 4 day period.At first I was on Atorvastatin 10mg and didn't suffer any side affects,I was put on Simvastatin 40mg 2 years ago due to cost.Since then I suffer with very sore muscle pain down the length of my right arm.My GP keeps on prescribing painkillers and doesn't mention the fact it may be side affects of the Simvastatin.I find it sad that costs of drugs are the reason I am in pain.

very tired and weak, chest pain, shakes, tingling and heavy
feeling in left arm, very sore muscle pain in neck and back

I am taking levothyroxine 50mcg along with metformin 500mg, plavix 75mg and crestor 10mg. I have very sore muscle along with being fatiqued all the time. I felt better berfore all this any help?

I started taking 759 Mg of Levaquin 5 days ago for Bladder infection,went to ER last night with what I thought was a blood clot. Was told no it was sore muscle's and sent home. This was right thigh of my leg. Today the left leg is the same and walk like I have weights on my shoes. When I called doctor he said he didn't see any reason except maybe inactivity would cause this. I also have hard time sleeping at night. Have decided to stop taking anymore of the Levaquin. Not worth the risk

I have been on Toprol for 6 months have gained 30 lbs, sore muscle,REAL bad headaches,mood swings and low sex drive. I am 40 years old and feel like I a 90. I am on the lowest 25mg I want to get off this. Please help
