I started Fosomax with D one day -one dose-. I experienced pain in my back so severe I could not walk. I would let out a yell just trying to get dressed or move. It started in my pelvis then worked its way to my back (lower center) it was like a spasm. I thought i would have to go to the emergancy room. Today day two it is a little better. My pysician with be notified.
I will not go on it again.

The first day I started to get cramps in my legs they r sore and it hurts to walk. Also I had the racing heart I thought it might be anxiety. Also on the first day I developed a burning rash all up under my arm area and arm pits very painful. this is just now going away I think after 6 days. Took 750mg for five starting Jan 24 2007. Legs r still hurting.

I just stopped yasmin yesterday..I only took it for 4 days. I had heart palpitations, got a fever, my anxiety and tiredness got much worse and by the 2nd day I started getting bad chest pains. I went to the hospital cause the chest pains were so bad. They did an EKG and CT scan of my chest and I was fine. So I kept taking yasmin. But 2 days later my left lower leg started hurting. The chest pains have gone away but my lower leg is still hurting (its been hurting for 2 days now) :( Should I be worried? I'm only 24 and don't smoke. Could the pain be something other than a blood clot? I can't afford more tests!
Thanks,
Kate

Took one 500mg levaquin last night for sinus infection, sore throat, cough. Awoke several times during the night because my eyes were tearing, and felt "sticky", but did not get out of bed because I was too tired. At 5 a.m. I finally went to look in mirror, and my eyes were red and puffy, & my face was swollen. I felt dizzy and almost fainted. My legs also ached badly around the thigh/knee area, and it was painful to walk the stairs. I had some chest pains on and off during the day, and my rt. eye is still hurting. I am now on benadryl. My doctor wants me to take prednisone, a steroid, but at this point I am afraid to take any more prescriptions. The only reason I agreed to the levaquin is because I had taken it once in the past. 1999 according to my dr. He said he has noticed cases of patients who have a reaction to it the second time around. I am through with antibiotics. These side effects are too scary. I would rather have the sinus infections.
