Has anyone experienced flash headaches while taking Linsopril? I have been taking Linsopril for about 3 months and have recently been experiencing severe flash headaches when engaging in sex, exercising and anything else that requires strenuous activities. Paid $1900 for a negative MRI. I would love to hear from anyone experiencing the same symptoms.. Thanks.

I am a 32 year old male who gets occasionally bad sinus infections. i found this site yesterday after 3 days on levaquin, and had numerous side effects, notably: light headedness, weakness in my legs and hands, headache, sleeplessness and a nigthmare that caused me to sleepwalk. ( which I had never done before!)

I planned on stopping this medication as I did not feel right and had a softball game in the evening. Well I only lasted 2 innings of the game when I chased a foul ball and crashed into the fench and went to the hospital with a severly sprained ankle. i blame this on the fact that i was out of sorts and not really paying attention to my location on the field due to the lightheadedness of the medication.

at the hospital I was asked if i was currently on medication. when i told the nurse i had been taking leviquin and was not feeling right, she responded by saying she did not like the drug and had similar effects herself. Another nurse agreed. When I told the attending doctor she stated that levequin was not normally a drug she would prescribe as it is very strong and recommended i talk to my physician and use something else.

Use caution when using this drug, do not plan on doing any strenuous activities as your degree of concentratioin could be altered. I will not take this drug again and have been drinking lots of water to get it out of my system. It seems to be helping .

I was prescribed Lipitor last Oct (2005), and in a short time was experiencing such leg pain and mental "fog" that I was in the doctor's office complaining about it every month. I was at first attributing it to stress at work and home, but when my normal daily exercise routine was so severely curtailed because of the pain, I had to start looking at other things. I had once been able to ride my bike and do aerobics, kick-boxing, and other more strenuous activities without tiring or having such muscle pain that I was unable to move, but now pain and fatigue are just parts of my life --- and I'm only 47! My doctor took me off the LIpitor when I finally complained LOUDLY about my leg pain, but was told it might be months before it was completely out of my system. I've since become worried that the damage this prescription has done might be permanent! I so want to get back to my old self! Does anyone know if this is something that will never go away?

I was prescribed Levaquin for a sinus infection.
I took one pill before bedtime for 3 days out of a 5 day Rx.
I had wierd dreams and sleeplessness, nausea and felt like I was high-
By the 3rd morning, my hands were shaking so badly, I couldn't sign a permission slip for my daughter and that day at work, I had serious tremors- people were shocked at how badly my hands were shaikng.
Thank god I looked on the net, because I was scheduled to play a soccer game that night. Instead, stopped the meds and told my team I can't play for 2 weeks. WIth 4 children under 8 and the youngest 2 (22 month old twins) both disabled, I cannot afford to be out of commission with torn ligaments.
Now, 3 days later, my knees ache and I have had pain in my chest this evening.
How long will this last?
Is 2 weeks long enough to skip strenuous activities?
ANy advice would be appreciated.
