I strongly urge anyone who has suffered side effects from Kenalog to report it the FDA.Just Google in FDA and it will direct you where/how to make a complaint. Most of us believe Kenalog is dangerous and have suffered serious side effects.Maybe if enough of us voice our concerns about the safety of the drug they may do something about it.This is America ,how can we be given a drug that can permanetly disfigure us?

I, too, have suffered side effects from Prednisone. Being severly asthmatic, have been on "bursts"...which consists of taking beginning dosage of 60 milligrams a day for three days, then tapering off.

Have also had massive doses of this blankety blank drug while hospitalized for asthma.

Before the onset of adult asthma, I weighed 105 lbs. Now I weigh 200 and have that "pregnant" look. I have warned all I know not to pay attention to me while I am on the drug...I become argumentative and overly assertive and thank god, I have not become physically agressive.

My feet and ankles swell to twice their normal size as does my fingers, face, etc.

Appetite is completely out of control...eat, but never fell full while under its' influence.

During taper-off times, I have absoulutely no energy for days...even walking to the bathroom is a chore...weak and exhausted.

I now use an steroid inhaler. Supposedly, this does not enter your system, but I question that....how can it not enter your tissues and your bloodstream, if it is entering your lungs? And the same side effects are there, though not as severe, and not as easily apparent. I have gained another 10 lbs, and find I am depressed because of more weight gain and breathing is more difficult because of the extra weight.

I suppose I should be thankful it has saved my life, but the quality of my life due to this drug has been severly affected.

Can you tell I hate the stuff?

We can send a man to the moon, but science can't or won't (for whatever reason) find an effective alternative drug...sigh...

EVERYONE who has suffered side effects from Levaquin or any of the drugs in that family, PLEASE submit a complaint to the FDA through Med Search. This website has the form which you can do online or print and mail.

I submitted mine 2 days ago, as advised by my pharmacist. I asked 2 of them about Levaquin and neither had heard of these problems, so we really need to publicize this.

We need to tell every doctor who has prescribed this and ask that they make a report as well Whether your doctor believes your problems came from the Levaquin or not, at least go and get your condition documented in a medical file. We may need this later to send to Med Search or the FDA.

My pharmacist said making these reports to Med Search is the way to get the warning labels updated. Hopefully this will also get the word out to all the doctors who prescribe this horrific drug that it is NOT to be used as a first line of treatment.

If everyone that has written on these websites makes a complaint and does so as soon as you can, we might be able to spare many others this unnecessary suffering.

My son had the Comvax vaccine and he suffered side effects. He was sweating profusely, his leg from hip to knee was swollen, very hard to the touch, red rash (12cm X6cm) around the injection site and the redness felt hot to the touch My son is just not himself moodwise either. The doctor prescribed Redipred. I wish I was offered the old vaccine schedule with separate shots. I don't like these cocktail vaccinations.

This post is about my mom she was put on Vytorin which is a combination of Zorcor and Zetia. Her cholesterol was not all that high but her Dr wanted her to try it to see if it would come down. She was on it for one month and her cholesterol droped from 195 to 86 BUT she was having really bad headaches and her neck would be stiff her legs hurt and she had blurred vision in her left eye only and shooting pain in the left side temple. Before taking Vytorin she was in pretty good shape for a 71 year old but not she is so tired all the time, I am really worried about her overall health. Yesterday when I took her back to her Dr to find out why she was still having these problems he said the medician should already be out of her system since she quit taking it on Nov 17. I requested that he send her to the hospital for blood test since Vyortin had been known to make blood test abnormal. I also requested a CoQ10 Blood Test which should show any damage to the muscle tissue which can be a side effect of the Vytorin it breaks down muscle tissue in some cases. I really think MD's need training on these drugs before giving to patients. Also do anyone know how long it takes these meds to get out of the systems. Has anyone else had these problems. Thanks for any response and help. Sharon
