Supost symptoms and conditions

i am 14, and i have never use a nuvaring before but wanting to look for an easy to use contraceptive method, i had been doing it with the withdrawal method for 5 months now and wanting to consider using some sort of contraception... but i also want to know what food i can eat to reduce the risk of getting pregnant?

I am in a panic situation right now after reading all the side efects.I started with Yasmin three weeks ago, because it is supost to be good pill to reduce acne.I did had really bad gases first few day, cramps...well i was feeling like before getting my period, but 10 times worse.Now all that got better ,but my acne arent going away or at least then staying as they were.....it got worse-i am getting like really weird acne or cysts.And i really dont know what to do? - i still have a change to get off, but i still have hope that it might help me? Is this normal? I am afraid it wont help me and when i will go off them ,let say in four monhts, it will get worse?
I do feel sometimes my hearth is beating, but i dont know if thats because of the pill-but after what i am reading here,i dont know any more?????? Should i wait one more month?
Can anyone share your experience abouth that?

p.s2:and i am really sory for all women, who got such a bad side efects...i hope you all get better....and i hope i wont be one of them

Hey...I am 14 years old and i dont know whats happining! i've never felt this bad. I dont know if the first week or two of you being on Yasmin, if your supost to feel sick. But i do feel sick, or it might be because im taking 4 types of medications. If anyone can help me then Write me back....Nikki....
