Tender nipples symptoms and conditions

Okay, I am 16, have never taken any birth control,and I am in my 3rd week of Loestrin. My doctor told me that if i started the pill on the first day of my period (august 1) that i would not have to wait to have UNPROTECTED sex, but to be safe, my boyfriend and I waited until august 7th to have sex, we also had sex on the 12th. Around the 15th I had some light pink discharge that lasted for 2 days...this worried me a little but i did not think much of it. Soon after that I started having back pains, cramps, nausea, headaches, my breasts are swollen, VERY tender, nipples are larger/darker, you can see the blue veins in them also. I have been picky about foods,discharge has increased, and have had terrible heartburn and have been extremely emotional. I have also had pains in my knees and ankles, and smells make me very sick to my stomach. I am very worried that I am pregnant.....but I am not supposed to get my period until the 28th so I have to wait...if anyone has been pregnant or had these symptoms on Loestrin PLEASE let me know....Thanks!

I have just finished my first three months I have had the break through bleeding as well, I have also been experiencing tender nipples this past week. My nipples hurt so bad I cant even touch them or even allow my husband to touch them has anyone else experienced the sore and tender nipples

I've had mine in for about 8 months, no children. Side effects included severe cramping and bleeding that I could barely work through. I even got an ultrasound to make sure it was inserted correctly. I bleed light but continually for about 3-4 months, especially after sex. Also being on top during sex I can't take deep penetration as it hits it. Then everything cleared up and I forgot I even had it in. No periods, nothing. Then the acne started, the deep cysts that leave scars. Now for the past week I've had the bad cramps again, and swollen tender nipples, which I've never had in my life. I am concerned enough that I will go to my Dr. this week. I am wondering if I've developed a cyst or possibly am pregnant.

Hi, I've been on Femcon FE for 2 weeks and have experienced very tender nipples as well as my sleep pattern has definitely been disturbed - I'm waking up more frequently and find it more difficult to get to sleep. I wonder if anyone else has experienced similar symptoms. Oh and a definitely feel a bit more 'blue' but wasn't sure if this may be related as well!
