I have something a little different which i didnt see anyone else having i started taking Singulair about 1 year ago and at the time i started feeling fullness in my throat almost like someone was chocking me..It is a very scary feeling...also when it is really bad i have a hard time breathing like my asthma is acting up....it was my worse last night so i decided to look into all of my meds and thier side effects and one of the side effects of Singulair is swelling...i called my doctor and she told me to stop taking the medications to see if it was the cause but she didnt think that it was...and that i needed to got get a sinus CT and a chest x-ray...so i am really confused...they have me on singulair, Zyrtec, proventil, a stroid spray called Qvtar (its like advair) nasonex and nexium. Since also i have been taking singulair i have exprienced signs of gerd...which my doctor at first told me thats why i have been feeling like throat is closing...do doctors even check the side effects of the medications? Has anyone else experienced any of this while on singulair?

I knew that Ihad to force myself to do something and went swiming, I hate getting my head in the water but my head was so hot that I went under water to try and clear my thinking and aleive the headache
I was unsure which of the night medications produced these reactions
I have been on Wellbutrin Clexa Nerontin wellbutrin and more recently Lymictal and Seriquil were added
It is scary to hear everyone else's side effects to this drug.
Has anyone been switched because of thier side effects?
