I am actually crying as I had no idea what was wrong with me. I have been on Lisionopril now for about 5 years at 40 mg/day.
During those five years I have been fatigued, suffered with GERD, dry cough. Of course my doc said to lose weight.
Last month I went on a diet and all hell broke loose. I lost 25 lbs and I don't know if the weight loss released all of those Lisionopril toxins or what but here goes:
Fatique, weakness, arm and leg muscle pain, absolutely no sex drive, rib cage pain, back pain, perceived shortness of breath. Heart palpitations, dry cough with mucus. I have a lump in my throat. It got so bad I went to the ER , they drew labs and my BP was elevated. They added labetalol to the lisinopril. I came across this site and I called my doctor and I told him that I wasn't taking lisinopril anymore. I feel as if I am having a slow death. I cant function, I cant work, I am panicky and nervous.
He said to monitor my pressure with 2x/day with the Labetalol.
I was on the maximum dose and I wonder how long will it take for this poison to leave my body. I can't believe what this medicine is made from. I am more than willing to lose weight and do anything to stop taking these poisons. I would love to hear your experiences. I need all the support that I can get.
I just don't understand the sudden exacerbation of all of the symptoms unless it is the weight loss. But my BP never went down even with the weight loss.

I just came out of the ER 3 days ago and I believe that my side effects are from the Reglan that was given through the IV for nausea that I was experiencing. I was very tired when I came home and very dizzy. This was on a Tuesday. The next day (Wed.) I could not get out of bed because I was still very dizzy. I spent the entire day in bed sleeping. When I tried to walk I felt like I was walking sideways. On Thursday I was feeling a bit better and not dizzy anymore but very tired. I also have been having panic attack symptoms that just will not go away. I tried to drive my car and could not do it. My arms also feel very heavy and weak. Today is Friday and I am able to drive my car, but I still feel weak and tired. My arms are also still tingly and heavy. I am also still experiencing panic attack symptoms which are driving me crazy. I can not wait until I feel normal again because I did not have any of these symptoms when I went into the ER, so I truly believe the medicine is causing this. I will write back and update - hopefully I am back to normal again.

Today is Friday, and I started Yasmin last Saturday. This entire week I've been nauseous and haven't been able to sleep. My ability to concentrate has been down, and that's not good due to it being finals week... I also saw that someone else on here said they were taking Wellbutrin as well, and I'm on that but I'm not sure how they would interact... I'm going to call the doc and see what he suggests for the nausea and inability to sleep because it's getting terrible. Also, the mood swings are getting crazy. One minute I'm happy, the next I'm crying for hours.

I had a kenolog injection on Tuesday for pain in my right knee. On Wednesday my face was beet red and so was my chest. The pain in the knee got worse. I had chest pains. Today is Friday and I am still swollen in the face and knee. The redness seems to have become less. I am extremely tired and the knee pain is much worse than before the shot. I went back to the doctor and he prescribed Mobic for the inflamation. I have to return to him on Tuesday.

I just got Mirena on Monday of this week, April 13th. The procedure was terrible! I thought I was going to pass out and I deal w/ pain pretty well. Tuesday was ok. But by Wednesday I could already tell a difference in my mood. Today is Friday and I feel like I could exploded I am SOOOO pissy! I am having heart flutters, grinding my teeth and my fuse is so short I feel like I am going to loose it! Last night I didn't even want to deal w/ my son who is only 2months old, this is my first child. Usually when I get home from work all I want to do is spend every second w/ him! Not to mention I don't even want to kiss my husband much less have him touch me! On top of it all I have had non-stop heavy bleeding. Can Mirena cause all of this sooo soon? I feel like I could cry any second now and my head is killing me!!!
