Have you seen your Gynecologist?

Several women experienced a change in their menstrual periods while on Yasmin or Yaz as well as after coming off of it. Has your period arrived?

How long have you been taking Yasmin/Yaz?

Have you been able to read through a good portioni of this site's information? I would recommend visiting the UK forum as well that Flowerbabies/Sarah set up as well. She re-posts the link here often.

If possible, I would recommend getting off of Yaz as soon as possible. It and its sister, Yasmin have alot of bad side effects, some of them quite serious.

Hi Guest 38149-

Several women have experienced trouble with insomnia. Something that has been found to be helpful is the herb: schizandra. I posted some information on this on the UK forum website (its link posted here as well as in the forum sections under supplements.) It helps with a number of things in addition to insomnia. See Lilah Kay's more recent experiences.

I hope that's helpful.

good for you! We are delighted needless to say. If you haven't checked out the UK forum-see the link in emails below-highly recommend you do so. Sarah/flowerbabies set this up and its grown alot.

Yes-I did experience trouble sleeping and suspect it was from low magnesium levels/elevated potassium levels-now after 2 months on a 1200/1200 calcium/magnesium supplement by Rainbow Light-with enzymes that aid digestion-has mostly subsided.
