Unbelieveable symptoms and conditions

Am I the only one who has gained a lot of weight while on Lisinopril? I have gained over 40lbs in 3 years. I have also experienced odd muscle cramping and have never made a connection to this and Lisinopril. The pain in my ear, side of my head, and my jaw was unbelievable. ENT dr thought it was TMJ or nerve damage. He was not able to really pin down the exact cause. One month later I was bed ridden with severe back pain, which I have never had before. MRI showed nothing. Headaches are daily, cough, leg cramps, chest pain, decreased sex drive, and definitely have feelings of depression. I have never made the connection between the changes in my personality, health, and lifestyle to this medicine; but now I have. I will be immediately contacting my doctor to discuss alternatives. My BP when I started was 150/90 and now is 112/70. Please let me know if anyone has also had the weight gain like I have experienced. I know I am going to have to have hard facts to show to my doctor. Thank you.

I am 36 years old with a 3 yr old and a 22 month old.I had the mirena inserted in June of 2006 after my second daughter was born. It was great no more cramps (I also suffer from endometriosis),periods were shorter life was great. Then in april of 2007 I started getting horrible headaches, dizziness, nausea like I was pregnant and really bad stomach pains.I went to my primary care and he said i had the flu and sent me on my way.I went back in June and had lost 8 lbs and still not feeling good and was down to 2 meals a day and not sleeping and weak. He did some blood work and sent me to a GI specialist. The blood work showed a weird blood count(which till this day no one has ever found out why) and scheduled a upper GI. That came back negative so they gave me some acid reflux meds. Came back 2 months later and then scheduled me for a lower GI that too was negative. So I complained some more and sent me to Boston to the big wigs which is where Im still going to currently and they ran some allergy test and a couple of CT Scans. They all came back negative!!
So its now almost a year later and Im down 28 lbs, 1 meal a day which is dinner so i can go lay down since my husband is home and can watch my girls. I have constant nausea that is worse than being pregnant at least ginger ale and crackers cured that. The funny thing is my Dr. prescribed me a medication for nausea that cancer patients take. Great thanks for adding more toxic crap to my body. Hair is falling out by the clumps and I have very thick hair that my hair dresser tells me people would kill for, no sex drive my poor husband but he sees me in pain and the constant headaches and mood swings are bad. My poor 2 little girls that I adore must think Im this monster since I lose my patience very quickly and always yell at them and snap at my husband. I have constant chest pains that I feel like Im having a heart attack at times, and lower back pain in my kidney areas. The night sweats are getting worse and sleep what is sleep, Im still up and wide awake writing this and will still be up for another 2 hours. I never had a problem with sleep before especially have 2 toddlers.
Luckily for me I have read this and will have it removed immediatley and the fact I am an independent consultant for a health/wellness company will help me get on the right track. This company has a great natural hormone balancing cream that will help me recover from this nightmare. It wont help with the birth control but I will deal with that separately. I have read all of these blogs and most of you women express the hormone imbalance, I can help you with this so if you are interested please contact me. I am so happy I got involved with this company and the funny thing is someone on my team suggested it was the mirena that was causing my health issues.

OMG! I am so relived that I found this website with everyones BAD comments about NuvaRing! I have been really wondering lately if all the things that have been happening to me were effects of this ring!I And after reading everyones comments, all of us with identical adverse effects! I have been on it since January and literally, I haven't been myself since! I go through these unbelieveable crazy mood states, complete anxiety and panick attacks over nothing...totally on edge, nervous, and it all seems to be a blur like I can't remember what I was anxious about days later. Usually this happens close to getting my period.. Oh and my complete LOSS of my sex drive. 0%, which is nothing like I used to be. Now its like I am indifferent to having sex, more so I prefer to go without it. Horrible! I have no desire. Also, definitely have the HEADACHES also, which I never in my life had headaches before and now I carry ibuprofene with me always. Other very relevant effects, IMy breasts are huge, too big, and Im constantly bloated. Also, I have a weird dull churning pain in my lower abdomen for the 2 weeks right before I have my period, only have it in the morning when I laying still in bed. Anyone else have that?? And always have an inconveniente excess clearish liquid/discharge all of the month...very annoying and yet in bed before sex i have complete dryness.
Anyone have any recommendations of better BC methods??

I am normally a very physically fit specimen, working outside every day. One 500 mg. tab of this poisencompletely debilitated me. Within six hours of taking levaquin I experienced excruciation soreness in my arms and shoulders. My throat swelled up and I could barely breath. I was perscribed steroids to stop the swelling - I took only ONE 500 mg time release tab 7 days ago and today I am still experiencing incredible pain.I am so sore I can't sleep. If anyone wants to start a call action suit I am in - I have NEVER sued anyone - but I am furious.Any advise out there as to how I can flush this poisen out of my system?

I was given levaquin to take for 5 days and the side affects were unbelieveable. I had trouble falling asleep, I felt as though I lost my breath when I would begin to fall asleep and would jolt out of bed. Also i would get heart palpatations when i would yawn or stretch. My skin at times would feel like it was burning and i would have to turn on the air conditioner. The Levaquin made me naucious and extremely tired, I never felt so horrible from a medication before. I hope I never have to take that crap again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My 2.5 year old son is on Omnicef for double ear infections. He has always been head strong but since starting on this stuff he has been a monster! Extremely aggressive, horrible tantrums, won't sleep, didn't eat for 3 days, completely unmanagemable. And a few diapers that were just unbelieveable. He's still complaining about his ears, I wish I could just take him off this stuff. Horrible!
