Vital signs symptoms and conditions

Hi everyone,
I cannot live without xanax and its terrible, I have been on them for 5 months and have tried to stop them and its a nightmare. I suffer memory loss, have blackouts that I do not remember what I have said after a few drinks. It does help ease the social anxiety. But I have become moody, sleepy. . Does anyone else have these problems?

This stuff is pure poison and should be pulled from the market. I am very healthy except for seasonal allergies. I started using this drug in early June this year and within a few days I was experiencing dizziness (which I attributed to the allergies), panic attacks, cardiac arrhythmia and shortness of breath. Twice I ended up in Emerg only to be told that all my vital signs were excellent.

Since I've stopped taking Zyrtec those side effects have diminished greatly, although they haven't gone away completely. It could take weeks for the body to rid itself of a poison.

This drug needs to be re-examined with better controls on the testing, and serious consideration should be given to removing it from the market. The FDA has been to hasty in approving dangerous drugs over the last few years and Zyrtec is just another example of this haste. Remove it before someone dies!

Mine reaction was to Avelox, which is a fluoroquinolones flor-o-KWIN-o-lones) just like Levaquin. Within less than 5 minutes, I began to feel pressure in my chest. Shortly after that, I began to feel as if I were shaking severly on the inside. (From the outside I appeared to be normal.) I finally had my husband call 911. The paramedics were VERY reassuring that I was going to be ok; however, I didn't feel like it. I had a very difficult time comprehending what they were saying to me - had to keep asking to repeat themselves. All vital signs were totally normal. I went to ER later. I was scared to . Anyway, severe nausea had developed, so they treated that; however, same story - vital signs are all fine. When I got up the next am, began having pressure in chest again. Stayed in bed most of day. Around 24 hrs after taking this medicine, I finally felt normal again. FYI - CIPRO is also in the same family of . Had taken a couple of months prior for Bladder Infection and began itching from that. I will NEVER take another fluoroquinolone medication again. You must be very careful when your doctors prescribe these NEWER medicines. I am sticking to the older from here on out!
