Wellbutrin 150mg symptoms and conditions

I've been on Wellbutrin SR(generic form Bupropion) since June4th of this year. I was having increased anxiety with the Sr so the doctor put me on the Wellbutrin 150mg XL(Bupropion). The anxiety and depression has gotten a little bit better but the hair loss.....OMG!
I wasn't expecting this at all!
My hair was already thin with age but I now have a whole lot less of it!
Do you all think it's the generic form of the medication that's the problem?
On another matter of weight, well most people lose weight while on this medication but not me of course. I gained weight! I was already obese and now I'm 10lbs heavier.
Anybody out there with these similar problems?

HI. Today is my 5th day to take generic wellbutrin 150mg for depression. I havent had any problem - just noticed I have not been hungry. Today I was fine, ran an errand and while I was driving my throat felt strained/tightening - not like in not being able to breathe but just a tight feeling and I felt dizzy...I ran in to store and grabbed what I needed...then sat in car for a few minutes before getting back on road...my distance home was about a mile and half...i had to pull over one time because I felt this sensation I do not know how to describe - kind of dizzy/kind of panic attack feeling. Do these side effects go away? Is this typical? Have now that I think of it kind of felt like my jaws tighten at times like grinding....

I take Effexor XR 225mg daily and Wellbutrin 150mg twice daily and they have worked wonders. I started the Wellbutrin, initially, to help me quit smoking. Not only did it help, but also counteracted the sexual side effects of the Effexor, which were never all that bad to begin with. I think everyone needs to realize that different anti-depressants work differently for every individual. Some of these postings would scare many people from taking ANY antidepressants and that is a very, very dangerous thing.

I have been taking wellbutrin 150mg for 3 months and I have had absolutely positive results. I have a new sense of hope, happiness and enjoyment out of life. I am much more focused and I feel like it has really really helped me and made me happy again without feeling it is a fake happiness.

I Highly recommend it. I didn't notice results at first, it took about 6 weeks. I took 300mg for a short time but it gave me bad headaches so I went back to 150mg and I think its the perfect dose for me.

Beta Sitosterol,three tablets (113mg) taken daily with meals, combined with non time release Wellbutrin 150mg twice daily, caused prostate enlargement. Have started and discontinued the BetaSitosterol three times in the last several months with no additional changes to my vitamin/mineral/prescription drug progam. Within 7-10 days the urine flow begans to decrease and at the end of two weeks urine flow is severely restricted. Have tried to contact the company 'Source Naturals' at their listed website at www.sourcenaturals.com but it is not available.
Anyone else have a problem with this natural plant enzyme?
