omg lisa you are exaclty like me!
i experience that too and i still get it sometimes now... this month the week leading up to my period was shockng... i had sharps pains in my head and i felt like my head was full of water....or that i had a tumour... its terrible i know..
i did read a while ago on this website that a few girls had blurred vision... mine wasnt blurred but my eyes were so sore it hurt just to move them from left to right...
so dont worry it is another side effect... i think u have experienced the exact same symptoms as me...
at least i can help u threw it..
lots of hugs

hey lisa,
sorry you were asking about vitamins and stuff... you can get magnesium suppliments which help with the heart palpitations because it allows the blood to flow better through the arteries....or just eat more food that contains magnesium...
also there is this stuff you can get from like the chemist to help with anxiety... its called St John's Wort or something similar to that.... even valerian can be purchased there but that might make you a bit sleepy....
apart from that i didnt take any specific medication because i didnt want to rely or anything that i might get addicted too..
if you get your hormone levels checked you may find that your progesterone is low which is causing the palpitations...
i hope this has helped...

i was so ready to go to my doctor and tell him i thought i had a tumour... see how paranoid this pill has made me!!!
but now i know its not just me i feel way better...
i will definitely take some vitamins to fix this for sure....
thank you agian for responding i was so scared...
dont be worried that the new year is coming up ok... just think how far you have come this year and how much better everything has gotten....you will get through next year even easier... and you will NOT be in ER on new years day... take care and stay positive..

i was on yasmin in july only for a month and the whole month i was spotting it was terrible....then when i got off it i started feeling so anxious and really nervous... and im not a nervous person... i constandly worry that i am sick or have a health problem mind you ive been checked at hospital and they say everything is normal....
i get heart palpitations when i ovulate and during my period and they just start for no reason at all...
ive been off yasmin for 4 months now and its starting to get better but its gonna be a slow process...
hang in there and remember your not alone... read all the postings here thats wat made me feel better....

i am new here, i wanted to know, if the hair loss is normal after you stop the pill? when i was on it, my hair fell a little bit more than what is normal, but now it is out of controll, it is way too thin and i had so much hair that it used to be bothersome to blowdry or style b/c it was way too much, but now it is way too thin :( i started using NIOXIN, anyone use that here??? well i just want to know if this will stop, i am 22 and getting very impatient with this hairloss, i feel so unattractive, i am getting even more depressed and anxiouse, and i am in college about to graduate so i am very stressed, i know that adds on to the hairloss, but not this severly. Good luck to all of you struggling with this horrendouse pill, i have been yasmin free now for about 5 months. TIP: drink alot of green and white tea, it flushes out alot of toxins, way more than just the 9 cups of water a day, add 2 cups of tea in ur day and it will give you energy aswell!!!! XOXO
