I have been taking Advair 500/50 for 4 years. My Asthma is much better. I do have unpleasant side effects such as sinus congestion, muscle cramps, and red/purple bruises. However, if I wasn't breathing, none of these side-effects would matter. My immune system is overactive that that is probably why I have asthma and so many strange side-effects.So until something better comes on the market, I will continue to take Advair and work with my doctors to control the side effects.
