Recived Dexsametasone Phosphate shot for my Plantar Fasciitis for...

Recived Dexsametasone Phosphate shot for my Plantar Fasciitis for the first time. Several days received Delayed Reaction of all these side effects: Panic attacks, Anxiety, Sleepless, Hyperness, Nervousness, muscle tighting of my stomach, vomiting (only twice), paranoid. Was told that I must ride out this drug and so far it has been 1 week of pure Hell and am going into my 2nd week. I was prescibed some medication to just calm now my nerves until this leaves the body.
