I also have experienced this on very low doses of finasteride, (.25mg divided from propecia pill used for hair loss). i get very specific chest mainly on the left side but sometimes on the right side as well in the pectoral region. a few nights, i actually awoke from shortness of breath. i get a general feeling of discomfort. these symptoms started the first day of usage when i used 1mg and within the first few days of usage when using .25 mg. the symptoms subsided after a week or two after cessation of the medication.
