To Gypsi-- Thank you so much for helping me! 32 oz of water sounds great. I already don't eat bread, pasta, rice or salty food (most of the time!) so it is no problem to cut them out. I also got the Diurex you recommended. If I think this moon face will start decreasing by the end of next week, i will be ecstatic! Just knowing this has elevated my mood considerably. You are such a nice person for helping. Thanks again! sanndiego
