I've been taking Flexeril for almost 2 years for chronic neck and head pain, muscle spasms - which I've had for over 5 years. The flexeril has helped to decrease the amount of spasms I have in my neck. Recently, my upper body muscles have started to shrink and I have lost weight without dieting. I must find out what the long term affects are to taking this drug.

I know exactly what you are saying...I took 1-10mg and my nervous system and muscles have never been the same....I have had blood work done 4 different times, neurologist, reumatologist, no one can tell me what is going on. 5 months have past.
