I have been taking it for about a month now...25mg at bedtime...it does help me sleep. I am taking it for the itch associated with a severe hives reaction due to an allergy to 'something'!
Guest #4409: I have also had some weight gain and fluid retention...I didn't know if it was due to this rx or not...anyone else have this?

Been taking this med for 2 weeks and like you have a horrible itchy rash which started in my head. Have had this rash for almost a year and finally had a biopsy done. They found I had "papillary derma adema" or another name for itchy bumps. Tried to stop this med and the itching came back. The doctor says no cure but recommended solar heat (tanning spa). Haven't tried it yet.
