Did you just start the lovenox? I have been on Lovenox on and off for about 2 years and everytime I go back on it I feel like almost like I have the flu headache body aches just completely exhausted usually will last for about 2 weeks to a month if this last for more then this you need to talk to your doctor you may not be able to tolerate it on a long term basis and mabe coumidin will be a better alternative.
