I am 19 and not clinically diagnosed with ADD, but it makes me feel jittery and light-headed. when i first started using this, I needed food in my stomach and not just a caffeinated stimulant (don't just have coffee for breakfast when you take this drug in the morning) because it made me have nausea and vomit.

... I was specifically told by two Dr's and my Pharmacist, that if you feel "Jittery, Wired, Like you can't sit still, this is NOT the drug for you"..also that "In people with A.D.D. or A.D.H.D Ridalin should relax you and help you focus"

I'm 34, and was recently diag. by two dr's and am waiting to see a specialist. When I tried the lowest dose, I relaxed, focused.
