Celexa is one of the only anti-depressants that works for me; I am 19 years old and female. I reacted badly to Lexapro. The strange side-effect I experience with celexa is I lose track of my thoughts when speaking, and experience the "tip-of-the-tongue" sensation, forgeting words and such. I switched to lexapro because of this, but I ended up switching back to celexa. has anyone else experienced this odd side effect?

What was the bad effect of the Lexapro? My son has just started taking it and both he and I are really scared.
