The only side effect that I've had after three months of being on Yasmin is that my breasts have gotten HUGE. BTW, I know some of you are on this particular pill for cysts or other doctor recommended reasons, but I just wanted to say that there are a MILLION different brands and types of birth control pills out there and you shouldn't be hesitant to talk to your doctor about switching if your symptoms and side effects are that bad on Yasmin. There are so many types these days that there's practically at least one brand that should work for any woman.
