Z-pac taken for an infection in my lungs, sinuses,and ears. Day one- After one hour of taking z-pak I had severe diarrhea. Day two- After two hours my head started spinning and I had severe nausea. Couldn't eat anything. Felt like morning sickness. Laid down and was unable to get back up until next morning. Day three- nauseaus all day even though have not taken pill yet.
