I have been taking Clonidine for about a year and just recently my legs from the knee's down have started to swell to the point that I have been taking pain medication just to walk. I would say the part of my body that has been impacted the most is my ankles. I have recently just stopped taking it and the swelling in my legs and ankles has stopped but my joints still hurt from the swelling that I was going through while taking Clonidine and all I can say is I hope that I am on the right track by not taking Clonidine any more
is the kidney trouble because of the clonodine? thanks... my 11 yr. old is taking it for symptoms related to autism. Marcia
