I was on Quasense for some time and found that my acne was horrible. I just switched a generic form of Alesse recently (have been on generic Alesse once before). I've found that I have a steady here-and-there acne issue... it's nothing that can't be tamed with some cleansing pads and a resistance to picking. They are annoying, but have seemed to have leveled out- though I'm sure more time will tell whether it will get worse or better. All I can say is that Alesse has been better for me than any other birth control aside from Yaz.
