Hi. I'm new at this and am not sure what I'm doing, but here goes...I went on Yasmin last spring and since then have suffered from terrible panic. At times, I've felt like I was losing my mind. I am normally a really upbeat person. I have questioned the drug many times but my dr assured me that this was not a side effect. I decided to research on my own and that's how I found all of you. I took myself off of it last week. Nothing is worth all of this. Any guesses about how long it took those of you with panic to start to feel better? Thanks, only you guys understand how I feel. Karen
