to all the questions about permanent damage.... dont worry girls we are all just suffering withdrawal but no permanent damage will be caused... i suffered and still sometimes get the heart palpitations and when i went to hospital they told me there was nuthing wrong with my heart and no damage to it at all... so dont stress ladies we will all be ok.... everything will get back to normal... lots of luck to all chrissy xoxo
