I'm happy to annouce I'm off Yasmin as of today. Did anyone else have melasma? I have both large, faint patches on my forehead, as well as dark, smaller spots on my lower cheeks. Will they go away on their own or will I need to use some type of exfoliant/bleach? Lisa, Virginia, thanks for your words of encourgement & advice! Keila

I have been taking Sprintec for almost 4 years and have developed melasma pretty bad, in my opinion. My husband and I have decided that it will be a good idea to stop taking birth control, since we want to get pregnant anyway. Did anyone respond with helpful advice to your similar problem? I am wondering if the melasma eventually goes away.

Thanks,
Tracey
