I have been on Advair for about 3 years now and the drug works well in controlling my asthma. But I have noticed in the 3 years I have gained 20 pounds and I am unable to lose the weight. I am also on Singulair and my doctor said it does not contain the steroid that Advair has. I was bumped up from the 100 to the 250 and I can really see the weight gain much more. I am going to see if there is something else I can take that does not make me gain weight.
