Since prescribed lotrel,I also have thigh (muscle aches), coughing, minor aches and pains.

After reading the side effects that I see posted. I too have some of the same. Dry cough, Leg crampes,shortness of breath. Hair loss and dark spots at the ankles. I'm taking Lotrel 10/40. Bp ok.
