i've been on for only a week or so. i'm experiencing some mild, persistent headaches. possibly a little trouble sleeping, but i might take it in the morning and see if that helps. occassional and mild nausea. my appetite has cut itself in half, which is okay as my portions were too large anyways. food just doesn't taste the same.
