Hi Two Girls Mom what are brain zaps? Towards the end of being on it, I would be talking and mid sentence I would completely forget what I was talking about. Just wondering if that's the same thing? To all of the other ladies out there, if you gained weight, how long did it take to lose it? I gained about 30 lbs in 3 months. It doesn't seem to be going anywhere. Just wondering if I'm going to now be fat forever or if it will go away. I'm doing Yoga 3 hrs. a week and running or walking 2-3 times. Thanks, Hill
