I had a Kenalog shot (mixed with lidocaine and one other ingredient) ten days ago for knee inflamation. Since then, the area has become increasingly more swollen, with the skin pulled very tight. I have less flexibility than before and am wondering if there is some systemic problem now. The swelling is apparent to mid-thigh.
