i started on synthroid around nov '05, 1 pill daily. had blood levels checked in january, dr. doubled dose. started experiencing stomach bloating shortly after, as well as some abdominal pain (which i think is from the bloating). a few days ago, i stopped eating altogether because the bloating was too uncomfortable. stomach still bloated, feel like i've gained weight in my stomach area. very uncomfortable, even without any food in my stomach.

i had bloating and a lot of gas. I took a bowel softerner and gas x and it helped relieve the pressure.
