I'm not sure if what I'm experiencing is a side effect of Ambien....

I'm not sure if what I'm experiencing is a side effect of Ambien...or not...but, I've been taking Ambien CR 12.5 mg for a couple of months due to menopausal insomnia...and starting around 3 weeks ago...I have a "wandering numbness"...with a very slight "burning" feeling on my right side...especially my right arm...my right ankle feels slightly swollen and numb also. My husband, who's an M.D., said that it sounds neurological. Could this be from the Ambien????

Hello, abzma I have also expeirenced the same numbness and burning on my right side of especiall my right arm also, my neck also has like a really bad catch in it, if I try to lean my neck over to the right side I really catch a pain and dizziness. I really am trying to figure this out because I honestly thought I was trying to have a stroke or heart-attack, but this is scarry because I have stop taking the Ambien for about 2 days now and I can not sleep plus I feel like I am in a dream @ all times my vision is blurred and I am very easily aggrevated, but I am still having this buring on my right side with a pinchy feeling in my chest like I am experiencing a heart-attack.
