I have been telling my doctor about my weight gain for the last two years and he keeps telling me that weight gain is not a side effect, I have loss of memory and lack of concentration, overall I feel ok, but I wonder if taking the medication in the morning may be better, I have been taking it at night for two years, any thoughts on that? Ivan.

I take 300 mg of Wellbutrin in the am. It has caused a loss of appetite, which I don't mind; confusion, loss of concentration, ability to stay focused, and tremors. (My supervisor said the tasks were over my head.) These factors are responsible for me losing my job. I also take 300mg of Effexor XL at night. I'm sure that I'm even more depressed than ever; I just can't feel it.
