I've been on the drug approximately a month, and in addition to increased fatigue and a mild intermittant cough, it seems to have exacerbated perimenopause symptoms, particularly ones connected to mental acuity. Has anyone else experienced this? Any recommendations for an alternative hbp medication that is still available in generic form?
