hi all.. coming of yasmin is feeling like hell right now. i had taken yasmin for only 1 cycle before i realised the side effects so i stopped. now everytime i have full fledged PMS symptoms. a week before period i get a bad sore throat. doc tells me to cut down on salt a week before period. coz the throat lining swells when estrogen is produced more just before the period. right now my throat is hurting so bad that i feel like STRANGLING MYSELF AND ENDING ALL THIS. my eye twitching starts again in this time and currently i am desperately waiting for periods to start so my throat will get better.
