I started Aromasin 3 months ago - only one side effect- significant loss of hair.

I had hair thinning and change of hair color on tamoxifin and other problems and changed to aromisin just on it 3 days Did you hair thin or just fall out. When did the hair problems begin. Has anything helped. Thanks Joanne
