I take 10 mg prednisone for my emphysema.Since I started taking it I have gained twenty pounds and have unusal skin rash on my face plus I become irratated at times for very little reason.Up until I started taking it I was allways skinny.I hate this stuff!!!!

I can not believe I found this ,I was on 20mg prednisone for a year because I was diagnosed with polymyalgia rheumatica no thanks to my dr. I weened myself off.But as a result of this I have on both eye lids a red rash,my chin, and around the sides of my lips.I am trying to deal with the upper body pain,do you know if it ever goes away.Penny from Onanole,Manitoba Canada
