Take large doesage of Lamictal. 400MG in the AM and now 400MG in the PM. 7 months pregnant and the level keeps falling. It does work I think to help control seizures some. Still have a few cp seizures but not too bad. Do have racing heart beat once or twice a week and when the dose in increased the dizziness does come with a vengance. Usually after a day or so the dizziness does go away.
