After reading several posts by mothers that were given Reglan to facilitate letdown of breastmilk, I feel that I should warn you that from my research this drug is excreted in breastmilk. This means that not only are you at risk for all of these horrible side effects, so is your infant. Please seriously consider what that could mean long term. You should insist that your physician offer you a safer alternative. I am an RN and I never realized until I researched this very commonly prescribed medication how dangerous it could be, it is very possible your doctor dosent know either!
