Last year I had a Kenalog shot in my left hand due to arthritis. The next day I couldn't get out of bed that whole day due to feeling extremely tired and like I had the flu. I needed another shot, this time in my right hand, this year and decided I would try it again. I did not get those side effects this time but did seem to urinate a LOT through the night and actually lost 5 lbs overnight! I don't know if that is a side effect of taking the inflammation down or what (?) Has anyone had that effect?******
