Andegags, Time is probably the only thing that is going to help. I take the Effexor to help with the shakes, but I should be off of it soon. I am no longer on any BCPs. I cannot take artifical hormones after all that I have been through. You are very young and I hope that you get better soon. Stay off the BCP's (especially Yasmin) and do not compromise your health or future fertility. Speak with your OB/Gyn and if you don't get the answers that you need on how to stop the shakes, speak with your internal medicine doc/general practitioner. You should not have to suffer like this, especially at your young age. Good luck in your last year of college. Enjoy your time with your friends, it flies by :-)
