since i've been taking cephalexin i've been going to the bathroom...

since i've been taking cephalexin i've been going to the bathroom too frequently moving my bowers. When sitting down, it comes out as water or loose stuff. Is this what it suppose to do? I'm taking this for seven days (day # 4).
