I hate the Dr's who give this out and do not inform of the hunger all time, rapid wgt gain. I'm 20 heavier after taking it for about 6-8 weeks for chronic hives that eventually closed my throat and was sent to er twice. When the hives came for no apparent reason (had all the tests done) Allergist says I'm not allergic to anything so she keeps giving all this stuff. When I had an extreme reaction with hives the prednisone helped them go away. I assure you I am allergic to blue dye found in pills, syrups, dye. I avoid darkly colored pills at all cost. I hate prednisone cause although I've been off of it for quite sometime. Can't lose the wgt it put on me.
